On this Fourth quarter, I have learned on how to make a layout on Adobe Photoshop. It was exciting because I am learning new things. I am gaining more knowledge on editing photos and using the different tools on Adobe Photoshop that I will surely use until I'll get in college. The problems that I've encountered during this fourth quarter is that I had trouble making the layout and using the Adobe Photoshop but I really tried my best and ask advices on my classmates and I've also watched on videos tutorial so that I can create my layout. Moving on, I will put all the lessons that I've learned in my heart and mind. I will bring these lessons until I'll grow old and will never ever forget. I will study hard and I will soar high. Since I was just a child, I always wanted to become a doctor and as I grow older, it didn't change. To be a doctor is what my heart wants. I will save the people who are sick. Ilocos Sur National High School will celebrate again the High School Day this 2020. It one of the most beautiful and wonderful day of all the students as they tend to relax, forget about their academics for a while and have fun. This celebration will be on March 1-2, 2020. This February, all of the students in each year level are now practicing their dance to perform it on the actual celebration day. We are given at least one month of preparation and we are practicing during our MAPEH period. But when High School day is near, we will practice the whole week and will have our general practice in the field with all grade levels. On March 1, it will going to be the coronation day. The old and the new in Ilocano culture are both featured in this year’s Kannawidan Ylocos Festival -   the festival of Ilocos Sur that celebrates its being a separate province and its being a treasure chest of traditions and culture.   They call it the KANNAWIDAN Ylocos Festival, it is also a time to commemorate the anniversary of Ilocos Sur as a province since it was separated on February 3, 1818. Kannawidan is a variant of the Ilocano word "tawid" meaning heritage or inheritance. It is also a celebration that lasts from the last week of January up to the first week of February. Included in the course of events is the commemoration of the foundation day of the province.   The Kannawidan Festival celebrates its opening on January 29, 2020 and all schools have no classes.           The Vigan City Fiesta is held every January 25. It is celebrated during the feast day of the conversion of St. Paul the Apostle. St. Paul is Vigan City's patron saint. It usually lasts for a couple of days. It includes within the period celebration of the cityhood of Vigan, which is commemorated every January 27.           When Vigan City Fiesta is near, Biguenios from all over the country and even abroad are coming home to Vigan to be with their family and friends to celebrate their Fiesta and a lot of tourists are visiting Vigan City also because when Vigan City Fiesta occurs, a lot of events are happening like cultural shows, parade, and street dancing prepared by the local government with the help of local industries and communities. During this 3rd quarter, I have learned on how to make a web pages. I've discovered that you need to use the FrontPage in order for you to create web pages. It's interesting at the same time, entreating. It's not really hard to do it because you'll just type what you want to include, copy your drafts and paste it in the FrontPage and by then, you'll create web pages. During this 3rd quarter, we always don't have class because of the storm and because of our teacher's seminars. Because of that, we didn't make to finish our lessons because of the lack of time. I have overcome this problem by self-studying. We will have our Christmas break earlier and have 3 weeks vacation.           This second quarter, a lot of things happened. I have learned on how to make HTML file which was challenging yet fun to do it. I also learned on how to become independent.           Our Intramurals in our school are celebrated in September 12-13, 2019 where the grand opening is conducted in September 12, 2:00 in the afternoon with the athletes, CAT, Marching Bands, and teachers in our school where they are gathered altogether and conducted a parade.           The students that are interested in sports are given a chance to pick their sports like sepak, badminton, volleyball, basketball, while the clubs like Math Club, Science Club, Mapeh Club, SSG, and more are required to make a booth like marriage booth, message booth, movie booth, ChemLoch, Lab in Rinth, and more, so that other students will definitely enjoy Intramurals.           Students seemed very pleased and happy at the same time because they are also given a chance to relax, have the time of their life, and are given a chance to take a break from their paper works and requirements. It has varieties of activities where students/learners can showcase their talents, and spread their knowledge.           Happy School Movement was celebrated in Vigan City, July 26,2019 at Vigan Convention Center. Through this program, the learners'/students full potential is given the greatest attention by creating a happier and more positive school culture. It aims to create an environment where students can freely express themselves and promote learning in an easy yet effective way of learning.           We, students of Ilocos Sur National High School got the oppurtunity to witness this beautiful event in our city.
