Science Month Celebration

Image result for science month celebration theme 2019          "Metabolize: Nourishing the Filipino Youth Towards National Well-being." is the theme of the Science Month Celebration which means taking care of our body and it includes the awareness in our mental, physical, social, and emotional health.

          The Science Month Celebration was celebrated in the month of September at Ilocos Sur National High School. It has varieties of activities where students/learners can showcase their talents, and spread their knowledge. The students are also given a freedom to do their passion like making essay, poster which is relevant to the theme, sci-trix, photography, sci-fight, and more.

          Having this program is a great idea because it gives the students/learners an oppurtunity to show to the whole world what they are capable of and they can gain vast of knowledge about science through this celebration.

June 12, 1898 is the day when our country tasted its own freedom from the Spanish Colonization. Every year, all Filipinos are gathering together to celebrate this special holiday occasion. Since it is a national holiday, government offices are closed including business establishment except shopping centers.
